Interstellar is a culinary and cultural melting pot right in the heart of downtown Santa Monica. The fusion of American & Korean inspired cuisines bring a lot more to the table than just deliciousness.

This comfortable space offers indoor and outdoor dining options, perfect to come together with friends or family.. and don’t forget your pup! While this spot is known to have some of the best coffee and tea creations, they recently began serving cocktails, wine, and craft beer to enhance the dining experience.

Each dish is perfectly crafted to order, using the highest quality products, most of which are harvested locally. The plating is almost too beautiful to eat, which sets the bar high when I say it tastes even better than it looks!

While you will find some of your classic brunch & dinner favorites, their incredibly unique specialty dishes are really the show stoppers . The menu is quite diverse and offers a good variety of breakfast, brunch, and dinner options to satisfy everyone at the table; they even have a doggy menu!
