Located in the heart of Kihei, The Maui Coast Hotel offers the luxurious feels of a resort, with the warmth and welcome of home. After a mishap with our initially booked hotel, we found ourselves emergently at their doorstep, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect experience. Every team member we came across was incredibly friendly and always made sure to ask if there was anything they could do to help. Given the current pandemic, many hotels are not offering housekeeping services. I was so surprised to not only find they offered daily service, but how many housekeeping staff was on the property and how thoroughly they disinfected and cleaned our room. They also leave water bottles for each guest daily.
The entire property inside and out, is maintained beautifully and offers a nice variety of activities. Included in the stay is the use of the pool, two hot tubs, bicycles, and tennis court/racquets. The property also hosts two restaurants and bars; conveniently on the pool deck is the Kamaole Poolside Cafe which offers finger foods and a full bar, as well as a short walk across the parking lot you will find Ami’ Ami’ which offers a delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While this is not an ocean front property, you are steps away from the most flawless beaches, delicious restaurants, and shops. The front desk has pool & beach towels to take on your daily adventures.
*Know Before You Go* Parking is complimentary, they also offer a shuttle up to 3 miles. Checkout is 11am, but they offer late check out past then at $20/hr up until 4pm. Also, if you choose to checkout at 11am, they allow you to use the facilities for the rest of the day complimentary. With COVID they do not have an concierge on property, be sure to do you research for additional activities on your own, as they are unable to book anything there.
