Flavia’s Cucina Romana brings the most authentic Italian cuisine to the heart of Asbury Park. This small, family-owned business incorporates their Roman roots into the most delicious and perfectly plated dishes served in a beautiful, yet homey atmosphere.

Known for their handmade gnocchi, each pasta offering comes with a variety of flavorful sauce options. I highly recommend ordering a few bowls to share with the table, as the portion sizes are great for one or for sampling a few!

Be sure to save room for dessert; as all of the desserts are made in-house by Flavia’s own pastry chef. The sweet finish to the meal you definitely don’t want to miss.
